Every Impressole order ships free to serviceable pin codes in India. There is no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery

You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout; there is no extra COD fee. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can, as couriers may not carry change.

We may call or message you on the phone number you give at checkout to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
• Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas and public holidays can add a few days.

Once your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check status on the Track Order page.

Refused or undelivered parcels

If a COD parcel is refused or the courier cannot deliver it after their attempts, it returns to us and the order is cancelled.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and write to care@impressole.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will sort it out as described in our Refund Policy.
