By using this website or placing an order with Impressole, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our insoles are handmade from pure leather, so small variations in colour, grain and finish between pairs are normal and are part of the product. Product photos are representative.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free. Payment is by Cash on Delivery unless another method is offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if that happens.

Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an address is not serviceable, a COD order cannot be confirmed, or stock runs out. If you have paid anything for a cancelled order, we refund it in full.

Use of the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place orders you do not intend to accept. Content on this site, including text, logo and images, belongs to Impressole and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Our insoles are comfort accessories, not medical devices. If you have a foot condition, please take advice from a medical professional. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
